The Moama Cemetery was gazetted in 1850. The records of the Moama Cemetery have been lost to the community. Along with the Echuca Moama Family History Group I am trying to restore the records of the Moama Cemetery.

If you have a relative who died in Echuca or Moama please take the time to share your informtion. Any piece of information may lead to another discovery. The 1700 names on the headstones of the Moama Cemetery have been transcribed. I estimate there are approx 5500 burials in the Moama Cemetery. I currently have 3500 burials confirmed.
